Bugatti has once again pushed the boundaries of automotive art with the launch of the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage, the second masterpiece from its ultra‑exclusive Programme Solitaire.

What makes the F.K.P. Hommage special?
Inspired by the very first Bugatti Veyron, the Hommage is a heartfelt tribute to Ferdinand Karl Piëch – the visionary who laid the groundwork for the legendary W16 engine and turned the Veyron dream into reality.

Exterior – A bold reinterpretation
- Massive front air intakes and a widened, 3‑D horse‑shoe grille machined from a solid aluminium block.
- Signature “red‑on‑silver” paint: a clear‑coated ruby red finish over a silver‑aluminium base that creates striking depth and a three‑dimensional visual effect.
- Exposed carbon‑fiber accents in matte black replace traditional black paint, contrasting with a 10% black pigment mixed into the transparent gloss.
- Chrome‑plated 12‑spoke wheels – 20‑inch up front, 21‑inch at the rear – paired with bespoke Michelin tires.
- Modernised front and rear light clusters that echo the classic Veyron styling while adding a contemporary edge.
Interior – Bespoke luxury re‑imagined
The cabin is a clean‑sheet design, distinct from both the Chiron and the newer W16 Mistral.

- Round, Bauhaus‑style steering wheel reminiscent of the original Veyron.
- Exclusive Car Couture fabric, woven in Paris, replaces conventional leather – a material first showcased on the Bugatti Tourbillon.
- Door‑trim panels borrowed from the Chiron, wrapped in the same Car Couture material combined with premium brown leather.
- Custom‑crafted centre console and transmission tunnel milled from solid aluminium, featuring a 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon dial.
- Knee‑rest inlays bearing Pierre Veyron’s signature, alongside Ferdinand Karl Piëch’s initials and birthdate; the front footwell displays the Programme Solitaire coach‑build logo.
Powertrain – The heart of a legend
Under the hood sits the 8.0‑litre W16 engine with four turbochargers – the same powerplant that fuels the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. It delivers an astonishing 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, mated to a 7‑speed dual‑clutch transmission and permanent all‑wheel drive.

Exclusivity & heritage
Only two units of the F.K.P. Hommage will be produced each year, making it one of the rarest hypercars ever built. Each car is a fully bespoke project, with a completely re‑designed body, interior, and personalised details that tell the story of Bugatti’s storied legacy.

The identity of the inaugural owner remains confidential, adding an extra layer of mystique to this heritage‑rich masterpiece.

Why it matters
The F.K.P. Hommage isn’t just a supercar; it’s a rolling tribute to the engineers and visionaries who defined the modern hypercar era. For collectors and enthusiasts, it represents the ultimate blend of performance, craftsmanship, and historical reverence.
