Bugatti has officially introduced the F.K.P. Hommage, the second masterpiece from its exclusive Programme Solitaire. Unlike regular production runs, this hyper‑car is limited to a single unit, epitomising the marque’s dedication to bespoke engineering and heritage.

Honouring a Legend and an Iconic Model
The F.K.P. Hommage draws its inspiration from the very first Bugatti Veyron, paying homage to Ferdinand Karl Piëch – the visionary who laid the groundwork for the legendary W16 power‑unit and helped bring the original Veyron to life.

Exterior: A Bold Re‑Interpretation
While echoing the Veyron’s classic silhouette, the Hommage features enlarged air intakes, a widened 3‑D horse‑shaped grille milled from a solid aluminium block, and a striking two‑tone finish:

- Base layer: brushed aluminium.
- Top coat: a luminous, transparent red that creates depth and a three‑dimensional visual effect.
- Exposed carbon‑fiber weave in matte black, contrasting with a 10% black pigment mixed into the clear coat for a rich tactile experience.
The wheel package includes 12‑spoke chrome‑plated rims – 20‑inch at the front and 21‑inch at the rear – wrapped in bespoke Michelin tires.

Lighting and Aerodynamics
Modernised front and rear light clusters echo the Veyron’s signature style, while the iconic large rear air vents behind the cockpit are retained, reinforcing the car’s hyper‑car lineage.

Interior: Craftsmanship Redefined
The cabin is a departure from the Chiron and W16 Mistral, featuring a round, Bauhaus‑inspired steering wheel taken from the original Veyron. Instead of traditional leather, Bugatti employs an exclusive Paris‑made “Car Couture” fabric, first showcased on the Tourbillon concept.

Door panels blend the same Car Couture material with premium brown leather, while the central console and transmission housing are hand‑crafted from solid aluminium. A standout detail is a 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch embedded in the console.

Personal touches include a knee‑rest engraved with racing legend Pierre Veyron’s signature, alongside Ferdinand Karl Piëch’s initials and birthdate. The front badge proudly displays the “Solitaire” coach‑build logo.

Powertrain: Pure Bugatti Muscle
At its heart lies an 8.0‑litre W16 engine with four turbochargers – the same power‑plant that fuels the Chiron Super Sport. The engine delivers a staggering 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, paired with a 7‑speed dual‑clutch transmission and permanent all‑wheel drive.

Performance figures such as top speed and 0‑60 mph acceleration have not been disclosed, and the identity of the car’s exclusive owner remains confidential.

Programme Solitaire: Limited by Design
The F.K.P. Hommage marks the second creation under Programme Solitaire, a venture that produces no more than two cars per year. Each project is a fully re‑designed vehicle—exterior, interior, and personalised details—crafted to celebrate and narrate Bugatti’s storied legacy.

With its blend of historic reverence and cutting‑edge craftsmanship, the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage stands as a testament to the brand’s relentless pursuit of automotive perfection.
