Design Inspiration
Bugatti has unveiled the F.K.P. Hommage, the second masterpiece of the ultra‑exclusive Programme Solitaire. Inspired by the very first Bugatti Veyron, the car pays heartfelt homage to Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the visionary who laid the groundwork for the W16 engine and turned the Veyron dream into reality.

Exterior Details
The Hommage features a dramatically enlarged front air intake and a three‑dimensional horse‑shoe grille, machined from a solid block of aluminium for an unmistakable presence. Its paintwork is a layered masterpiece: a bold, special‑edition red coat sits atop a silver‑metallic aluminium primer, creating a striking depth and three‑dimensional visual effect.

Visible carbon‑fiber trim is finished in a deep black, contrasting with a subtle 10% black pigment blended into the transparent clear coat for a rich tactile feel. The wheels are a nod to the original Veyron—12‑spoke chrome‑plated rims, 20 inches up front and 21 inches at the rear, shod with bespoke Michelin tyres. Modernised front and rear lighting elements echo the classic hypercar’s silhouette while retaining the iconic large side sills behind the cockpit.

Interior Luxury
Inside, the Hommage breaks away from the Chiron and W16 Mistral lineage with an entirely new cabin. The steering wheel returns to the round, Bauhaus‑style design first seen on the Veyron. Instead of traditional leather, Bugatti employs its exclusive Car Couture woven fabric, originally introduced on the Tourbillon concept, giving the interior a fresh, Parisian elegance.

Door panels combine the Car Couture material with premium brown leather upholstery, mirroring the treatment found on the Chiron. The central console and transmission tunnel are hand‑crafted from solid aluminium, each housing a bespoke 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch. Thigh padding bears the signature of racing legend Pierre Veyron alongside the initials and birth date of Ferdinand Karl Piëch, while the front footwell proudly displays the “Solitaire” coach‑build badge.

Powertrain
At its heart lies the legendary 8.0‑liter W16 engine, the same powerhouse that drives the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. Delivering 1,600 horsepower and 1,600 Nm of torque, the engine is paired with a seven‑speed dual‑clutch transmission and Bugatti’s permanent all‑wheel‑drive system, ensuring blistering acceleration and supreme handling.

Exact performance figures—including 0‑60 mph times and top speed—remain unrevealed, as does the identity of the singular owner of this bespoke machine.

Limited Production and Legacy
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second creation in the Programme Solitaire series, which limits production to just two cars per year. Each vehicle is a fully re‑engineered masterpiece, from bodywork to interior appointments, crafted to celebrate Bugatti’s storied heritage and the legends behind it.
