The Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage honors Ferdinand Karl Piëch and the first Veyron with a one‑off, handcrafted hypercar featuring a revamped W16 engine and bespoke interior. Discover the legend today.

Overview
Bugatti has unveiled the F.K.P. Hommage, the second masterpiece of its exclusive Programme Solitaire. Conceived as a one‑off hypercar, the vehicle pays homage to Ferdinand Karl Piëch – the visionary behind the original W16 engine – and to the inaugural Bugatti Veyron.

Exterior Design
The Hommage reimagines the classic Veyron silhouette with a massive front air intake, a 3‑D horse‑shoe grille machined from a solid block of aluminium, and a striking two‑tone paint finish. A silver‑aluminium base coat lies beneath a transparent ruby‑red lacquer, creating depth and a vivid 3‑D visual effect. Exposed carbon‑fiber accents replace traditional black paint, subtly blended with a 10 % black pigment for a tactile contrast.

It rides on bespoke 12‑spoke chrome‑plated wheels – 20‑inch at the front and 21‑inch at the rear – shod with Michelin tires. Updated front and rear light clusters echo the Veyron’s styling while the iconic large side air ducts remain.

Interior Craftsmanship
Inside, the Hommage departs from leather, opting for the exclusive Car Couture woven fabric developed in Paris and first showcased on the Bugatti Tourbillon. The dashboard features a round Bauhaus‑style steering wheel, while door panels combine Car Couture with premium brown leather – a design borrowed from the Chiron.

The centre console and transmission tunnel are hand‑crafted from solid aluminium, housing a limited‑edition 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch. A plaque bearing racer Pierre Veyron’s signature sits beside Ferdinand Karl Piëch’s initials and birthdate, and the front apron displays the Solitaire coach‑build logo.

Powertrain
At its heart lies an 8.0‑litre W16 engine with four turbochargers – the same power unit that fuels the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. It delivers 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque through a 7‑speed dual‑clutch transmission and full‑time quattro‑type all‑wheel drive.

Performance figures such as 0‑60 mph time and top speed have not yet been disclosed.

Production & Legacy
The F.K.P. Hommage is part of Programme Solitaire, which limits production to a maximum of two cars per year. Each vehicle is a completely bespoke reinterpretation of Bugatti’s heritage, from bodywork to interior details, telling the story of the brand’s legendary past.

The identity of the exclusive owner remains confidential, adding an air of mystery to this extraordinary collector’s piece.
