Bugatti has unveiled the F.K.P. Hommage, the second masterpiece from its exclusive Programme Solitaire, conceived as a one‑off homage to Ferdinand Karl Piëch and the very first Bugatti Veyron that launched a new era of hypercars.

Design inspired by the original Veyron
While echoing the silhouette of the 2005 Veyron, the Hommage is reimagined with a massive front air intake, an enlarged 3‑D horse‑shaped grille milled from a solid aluminium block, and a striking two‑tone paint scheme that blends a deep red topcoat with a silver‑aluminium base for a genuine three‑dimensional visual depth.

Exterior details
- Carbon‑fiber exposed elements finished in matte black, contrasted with a 10 % black pigment mixed into the clear coat for a subtle tactile feel.
- Chrome‑plated 12‑spoke wheels, 20‑inch in front and 21‑inch in rear, wrapped in bespoke Michelin tires.
- Modernised front and rear light clusters that retain the classic Veyron silhouette, plus the signature large rear air vents.
Luxury interior
The cabin abandons traditional leather for an exclusive Car Couture fabric hand‑woven in Paris, first seen on the Bugatti Tourbillon concept. The steering wheel returns to the round Bauhaus‑style shape of the original Veyron. Door panels combine the Car Couture material with premium brown leather, while the centre console and gearbox housing are crafted from solid aluminium blocks, each piece bespoke.

A 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch‑module sits in the central console, and the knee‑rest bears the signature of racing legend Pierre Veyron alongside the initials and birth date of Ferdinand Karl Piëch. The front apron displays the “Solitaire” coach‑build logo.

Powertrain – a pure W16 masterpiece
Under the bonnet lies an 8.0‑litre W16 engine equipped with four turbochargers, the same powerplant that powers the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. It delivers a breathtaking 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, paired with a 7‑speed dual‑clutch transmission and permanent all‑wheel drive.

Performance figures such as 0‑60 mph time and top speed have not been disclosed, and the identity of the exclusive owner remains a mystery.

Limited production and heritage
Programme Solitaire is designed to produce no more than two cars per year, each completely re‑engineered inside and out to tell a new chapter of Bugatti’s legacy. The F.K.P. Hommage stands as the second chapter, following the Brouillard concept, and reinforces Bugatti’s commitment to bespoke craftsmanship and automotive art.
