Bugatti has unveiled the second masterpiece of its exclusive Programme Solitaire – the Bugatti FKP Hommage. Inspired by the very first Bugatti Veyron and created as a heartfelt tribute to Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the visionary behind the W16 engine, this one‑off hypercar pushes the brand’s craftsmanship to new heights.

Design Philosophy
The FKP Hommage reinterprets the iconic Veyron silhouette with bold, modern touches. A giant wind tunnel inlet dominates the front, while the signature three‑dimensional horse‑bit grille is enlarged and machined from a solid block of aluminium, giving the car a fierce, sculptural presence.

Exterior Styling
- Deep‑red, multi‑layer paintwork featuring a reflective silver aluminium base for a striking three‑dimensional effect.
- Exposed black carbon‑fiber accents replace conventional black paint, creating a subtle contrast enhanced by 10% black pigment blended into the translucent clear coat.
- Chrome‑plated 12‑spoke wheels – 20″ at the front, 21″ at the rear – paired with bespoke Michelin tires.
- Updated front and rear lighting modules echo the classic Veyron aesthetic while incorporating contemporary LED technology.
- Two large rear air ducts, a trademark of the original hypercar, remain intact to preserve its historic DNA.
Interior Luxury
The cabin is a departure from the Chiron and W16 Mistral, featuring a round, Bauhaus‑style steering wheel reminiscent of the Veyron era. Instead of traditional leather, Bugatti opted for an exclusive Car Couture fabric woven in Paris – the same material first showcased on the Bugatti Tourbillon concept.

Door panels inherit the bespoke Car Couture upholstery, accented with premium brown leather. The central console and transmission tunnel are hand‑crafted from solid aluminium blocks, each piece uniquely finished.

A 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch face crowns the centre console, while the knee‑side plaque bears the signature of racing legend Pierre Veyron and the initials and birthdate of Ferdinand Karl Piëch. The front badge proudly displays the Solitaire coach‑build program logo.

Powertrain
At the heart of the FKP Hommage lies an 8.0‑litre W16 engine equipped with four turbochargers – the same powerplant that fuels the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. It delivers a staggering 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, mated to a seven‑speed dual‑clutch transmission and Bugatti’s permanent all‑wheel‑drive system.

Performance figures such as 0‑100 km/h acceleration and top speed have not yet been disclosed, and the identity of the privileged owner remains confidential.

Limited Production & Heritage
The FKP Hommage is the second creation from Programme Solitaire, which caps output at just two cars per year. Each vehicle undergoes a total redesign of bodywork, interior, and bespoke details, telling a new chapter of Bugatti’s storied legacy.

With its unparalleled craftsmanship, historic homage, and exclusive nature, the Bugatti FKP Hommage cements its place as a collector’s dream and a tribute to the pioneering spirit of Ferdinand Karl Piëch.
