Overview
Bugatti has unveiled the F.K.P. Hommage, the second ultra‑exclusive model from its Programme Solitaire coach‑build series. This one‑off hypercar pays homage to Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the visionary who laid the groundwork for the iconic W16 engine, and celebrates the very first Bugatti Veyron.

Exterior Design
The Hommage’s façade draws inspiration from the original Veyron while introducing modern, aggressive touches. A massive front air intake dominates the nose, complemented by a 3D horse‑shoe grille machined from a solid block of aluminium and widened for greater airflow.

The body is finished in a premium multi‑layer red paint. A silver‑aluminium base coat lies beneath a transparent glossy red top coat, creating striking depth and a subtle three‑dimensional effect. Exposed black carbon‑fiber panels replace traditional black paint, contrasted by a clear gloss infused with 10% black pigment for a richer visual and tactile experience.

Wheel‑wise, the car features bespoke 12‑spoke chrome‑plated alloys—20‑inch at the front and 21‑inch at the rear—fitted with dedicated Michelin tires. The front and rear light clusters are re‑imagined with contemporary styling cues that still echo the classic Veyron aesthetic, and the signature large rear air intakes are retained.

Interior Craftsmanship
Inside, the Hommage is a departure from the Chiron and W16 Mistral. The steering wheel returns to the round Bauhaus design first seen on the Veyron. Upholtration uses an exclusive Paris‑crafted fabric called Car Couture, replacing the traditional leather found on the Veyron. Door panels marry this fabric with premium brown leather for a luxurious touch.

The central console and transmission tunnel are hand‑crafted from solid aluminium blocks, featuring a bespoke Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon 41 mm watch as a centerpiece. The knee‑pad area bears the signature of race driver Pierre Veyron, alongside the initials and birthdate of Ferdinand Karl Piëch. The front apron is adorned with the “Solitaire” coach‑build logo, highlighting the vehicle’s unique lineage.

Powertrain
At its heart beats an 8.0‑liter W16 engine equipped with four turbochargers, the same power‑plant that powers the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. The engine delivers a staggering 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, paired with a 7‑speed dual‑clutch gearbox and permanent all‑wheel drive. Official acceleration and top‑speed figures have not been released, and the identity of the exclusive owner remains confidential.

Limited Production & Heritage
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second masterpiece from Programme Solitaire, which limits production to a maximum of two cars per year. Each project involves a complete redesign of the body, interior, and bespoke details, aiming to tell a new chapter of Bugatti’s storied heritage.
