Bugatti has officially unveiled the F.K.P. Hommage, the second ultra‑exclusive project under its Programme Solitaire. Only a single unit will be built, honoring both the legendary first‑generation Bugatti Veyron and Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the visionary who laid the groundwork for the iconic W‑16 engine.

Exterior Design – A Modern Take on a Classic
The F.K.P. Hommage draws its silhouette from the original Veyron, but receives a dramatic refresh. Massive air‑intake openings dominate the front, while a three‑dimensional, horse‑shaped grille—machined from a solid aluminium billet—has been enlarged and given a sleek chrome finish.

The car’s paintwork is a deep, lustrous red applied through a multi‑layer process. A silver aluminium primer sits beneath a transparent glossy topcoat, creating vivid depth and a striking three‑dimensional visual effect as light moves across the body.

Instead of the usual black paint, exposed carbon‑fiber panels are finished in a matte black hue, complemented by a subtle 10 % black pigment mixed into the clear coat. This combination offers a refined contrast that delights both the eye and the touch.

Wheels, Tires and Lighting
Front and rear wheels echo the Veyron’s original design, featuring 12‑spoke chrome‑plated rims—20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear—fitted with bespoke Michelin tires.

The lighting signature has been updated with contemporary LED clusters, yet the car retains the signature large rear air scoops that are a hallmark of classic hyper‑cars.

Interior – Bespoke Luxury Meets Bauhaus Elegance
Inside, the F.K.P. Hommage diverges completely from the Chiron and the experimental W‑16 Mistral. The steering wheel returns to the round Bauhaus‑style design first seen on the Veyron.

Rather than traditional leather, the cabin is upholstered with an exclusive Car Couture fabric, hand‑woven in Paris and originally showcased on the Bugatti Tourbillon concept. Door panels combine this premium fabric with rich brown genuine leather, echoing the material palette of the Chiron’s interior.

The centre console and transmission tunnel are crafted from solid aluminium billets, each piece bespoke and precision‑machined. A 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch is embedded in the central console, underscoring the car’s watchmaker‑grade craftsmanship.

The knee‑rest bears the signature of racing legend Pierre Veyron, alongside Piëch’s initials and birthdate. The front footwell is adorned with the Programme Solitaire coach‑build logo.

Powertrain – The Same Heartbeat as the Chiron Super Sport
Beneath the carbon‑light shell lies the legendary 8.0‑litre W‑16 engine with four turbochargers, identical to the unit that powers the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. The power output remains a breathtaking 1 600 hp and 1 600 Nm of torque, mated to a seven‑speed dual‑clutch gearbox and an all‑wheel‑drive system.

Performance figures such as 0‑100 km/h acceleration and top speed have not yet been disclosed, and the identity of the exclusive owner remains under wraps.

Production – A Heritage Story Told in Two Cars a Year
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second creation of Programme Solitaire, which limits production to a maximum of two cars per year. Each vehicle is a complete reinterpretation of Bugatti’s heritage, with a newly designed body, interior, and a host of personalized touches that narrate the marque’s storied past.

With its blend of historic reverence and cutting‑edge engineering, the F.K.P. Hommage stands as a true collector’s dream.
