Bugatti has added another chapter to its legendary catalogue with the launch of the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage, the second masterpiece of the ultra‑exclusive Programme Solitaire. Only a single unit is produced each year, making it one of the world’s rarest hypercars.

Design Highlights
The F.K.P. Hommage draws inspiration from the very first Bugatti Veyron, while paying homage to Ferdinand Karl Piëch – the visionary who laid the groundwork for the iconic W16 power unit. The car features an enlarged front air‑intake, a re‑engineered 3‑D horse‑shoe grille machined from a solid block of aluminium, and a striking two‑tone paint finish.

The exterior is cloaked in a special red lacquer applied over a silver‑metallic base. This layered coating creates a deep, three‑dimensional visual effect that shifts with the light. Exposed black carbon‑fibre surfaces replace conventional black paint, adding a tactile contrast enhanced by a subtle 10% black pigment blended into the transparent topcoat.

- Chrome‑plated 12‑spoke wheels (20″ front, 21″ rear) with bespoke Michelin tires
- Modernised front and rear light clusters that echo the classic Veyron silhouette
- Large rear air‑extractors retained for authentic hypercar aerodynamics
Exclusive Interior
The cabin is a departure from the Chiron and W16 Mistral, featuring a round Bauhaus‑style steering wheel reminiscent of the original Veyron. Instead of traditional leather, Bugatti opted for the exclusive Car Couture fabric, hand‑woven in Paris and first showcased on the Tourbillon concept.

Door panels borrow the Car Couture texture, accented with premium brown leather inserts. The centre console and drivetrain tunnel are hand‑crafted from solid aluminium, housing a limited‑edition 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch. A personalised plaque displays the signature of racing legend Pierre Veyron alongside the initials and birthdate of Ferdinand Karl Piëch. The front footwell bears the “Solitaire” coach‑building logo.

Performance Powerhouse
At its heart lies the 8.0‑litre W16 engine, identical to the one that powers the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. The unit delivers an astonishing 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, mated to a 7‑speed dual‑clutch transmission and permanent all‑wheel drive.

While exact acceleration figures and top‑speed limits remain under wraps, the powertrain promises performance on par with the most extreme hypercars ever built.

Limited Production & Legacy
F.K.P. Hommage is the second bespoke offering from Programme Solitaire, which caps production at two vehicles per year. Each car is a fully re‑imagined blend of bodywork, interior, and personalised details, crafted to narrate Bugatti’s storied heritage.

The identity of the collector who will own this singular masterpiece has not yet been disclosed, adding an extra layer of mystique to an already legendary machine.
