Japanese motorcycle giant Honda showcased its latest limited-edition scooter at Motodays 2026, the annual motorcycle festival held at Fiera Rome, Italy.
Racing DNA Meets Everyday Mobility
The SH HRC 2026 is a special-edition version of the popular SH125i and SH150i models, dressed in the iconic Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) colour scheme – a striking blend of white, red and blue borrowed from the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade race bike.
Only 500 Units Worldwide
Honda will produce just 500 scooters for the global market, making the SH HRC 2026 a true collector’s item.
Technical Specs Remain Unchanged
Both engine variants keep the same performance figures as the standard SH lineup:
- SH125i: 125 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder, 13 hp (9.5 kW) and 12 Nm of torque.
- SH150i: 150 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder, 16.9 hp (12.5 kW) and 14.9 Nm of torque.
Premium Features
The 2026 edition adds a full LED lighting package, a colour-tunable TFT instrument panel, and Honda RoadSync connectivity for smartphone integration. Storage is generous – an 18‑liter compartment under the seat – and the braking system includes dual front and rear discs with a single-channel ABS.
Pricing and Availability
Honda has not released an official price for the SH HRC 2026 yet. For reference, the regular SH 2026 starts at approximately US $4,700.
Where It’s Built
Production will take place at Honda’s Atessa plant in Italy, the company’s sole manufacturing facility in Europe.
Motorcycle enthusiasts can expect the SH HRC 2026 to hit showrooms later this year, pending allocation to dealers worldwide.
