Bugatti has unveiled the second masterpiece from its ultra‑exclusive Programme Solitaire – the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage. Built as a single unit, this hypercar celebrates both the engineering vision of Ferdinand Karl Piëch and the historic first‑generation Veyron.

Design inspiration
The Hommage draws directly from the original Veyron’s silhouette while reinterpreting every element through a modern, coach‑built lens. Its massive front air intake and iconic horseshoe‑shaped 3D grille have been enlarged and machined from solid aluminium, giving the car an even more aggressive stance.

Exterior details
The body is finished in a layered, dual‑tone paint system. A silver‑aluminium primer lies beneath a transparent, glossy red topcoat, creating depth and a striking three‑dimensional effect. Exposed carbon‑fiber trim in matte black replaces conventional black paint, and a subtle 10% black pigment is blended into the clear coat for a tactile visual contrast.

Wheel lovers will recognize the 12‑spoke chrome‑plated rims, a faithful recreation of the original Veyron’s design—20 inches up front and 21 inches at the rear—fitted with bespoke Michelin tires. The front and rear light clusters have been modernised, yet they retain the classic hypercar’s signature large air vents behind the cabin.

Interior craftsmanship
Inside, the Hommage abandons traditional leather for an exclusive Paris‑made fabric called Car Couture, first shown on the Bugatti Tourbillon. The steering wheel returns to the round Bauhaus style of the Veyron, while the door panels combine the same Car Couture material with premium brown leather accents.

The centre console and drivetrain tunnel are hand‑carved from solid aluminium and feature a custom‑made Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch (41 mm) as a functional timepiece. A special knee‑rest plaque bears the signature of racing legend Pierre Veyron, alongside the initials and birthdate of Ferdinand Karl Piëch. The front apron is adorned with the “Solitaire” coach‑build logo.

Powertrain
At its heart lies an 8.0‑litre W16 engine with four turbochargers—the same powerhouse that drives the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. Output remains at a staggering 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, paired with a seven‑speed dual‑clutch transmission and permanent all‑wheel drive.

While exact acceleration figures and top‑speed numbers have not been released, the car’s performance is expected to match or exceed the hypercar benchmarks set by the Chiron line‑up.

Limited production and heritage
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second bespoke build under the Programme Solitaire, which caps production at just two units per year. Each project is a full redesign of the body, interior, and personalization details, aiming to tell a distinct chapter of Bugatti’s storied legacy.

The identity of the exclusive owner remains confidential, adding an air of mystery to an already legendary vehicle.

For enthusiasts and collectors alike, the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage represents the ultimate fusion of heritage, craftsmanship, and cutting‑edge performance.
