Discover Bugatti’s exclusive F.K.P. Hommage, a hypercar honoring Ferdinand Karl Piëch and the Veyron. Learn about its design and performance today.

Bugatti has unveiled the F.K.P. Hommage, the second masterpiece from its ultra‑exclusive Programme Solitaire. Only a single unit will be handcrafted each year, making it one of the rarest Bugatti hypercars ever produced.

Inspiration and Heritage
The F.K.P. Hommage draws its soul from the very first Bugatti Veyron, serving as a heartfelt homage to Ferdinand Karl Piëch – the engineer who pioneered the iconic W16 power‑unit and turned the Veyron dream into reality.

Exterior Design Highlights
Compared with the standard Veyron, the Hommage features a dramatically enlarged front air intake and a three‑dimensional, horse‑shoe‑shaped grille milled from a solid block of aluminium. The body is finished in a specially formulated two‑tone paint: a deep red lacquer over a silver‑aluminium primer that creates a striking visual depth and a subtle 3‑D effect.

Exposed black carbon‑fibre strips replace conventional black paint, providing a refined contrast enhanced by a 10 % black tint blended into the transparent clear coat, delivering tactile and visual richness.

The wheels are a nod to the original Veyron: 20‑inch front and 21‑inch rear 12‑spoke chrome‑plated rims wrapped in bespoke Michelin tires. Modernised front and rear light clusters echo the classic Veyron styling while integrating contemporary LED technology.

Interior Craftsmanship
The cabin is a completely new creation, distinct from the Chiron and the W16 Mistral. It embraces the round, Bauhaus‑inspired steering wheel first seen on the Veyron.

Instead of traditional leather, the seats and interior panels are upholstered in Bugatti’s exclusive Car Couture fabric, developed in Paris and previously showcased on the Tourbillon concept. Door trim carries the same Car Couture material combined with premium brown leather.

A bespoke central console and gearbox housing are machined from solid aluminium blocks. The centerpiece is a 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch, underscoring the car’s horological heritage.

Personal touches include a knee‑rest bearing Pierre Veyron’s signature and the initials plus birth date of Ferdinand Karl Piëch. The front fascia is marked with the “Solitaire” coach‑build logo.

Powertrain and Performance
At its heart lies the legendary 8.0‑litre W16 engine with four turbochargers, carried over from the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. It delivers a staggering 1 600 hp and 1 600 Nm of torque, mated to a 7‑speed dual‑clutch transmission and permanent all‑wheel drive.

Exact figures for acceleration and top speed have not been released, and the identity of the exclusive buyer remains confidential.

Limited Production Vision
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second offering from Programme Solitaire, which limits output to a maximum of two cars per year. Each model is completely re‑designed—from bodywork to interior—tailored to celebrate Bugatti’s illustrious legacy.
