Bugatti has unveiled the second masterpiece of its ultra‑exclusive Programme Solitaire: the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage. This one‑off hypercar celebrates the iconic first‑generation Veyron and pays homage to Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the visionary who championed the legendary W16 engine.

Design language that rewrites history
The Hommage captures the spirit of the original Veyron while introducing dramatic, contemporary touches. A massive front air inlet and an enlarged, 3‑D horse‑bit grille—machined from a solid block of aluminium—give the car an aggressive, yet refined, stance.

Its exterior paint is a bespoke, deep‑red lacquer applied over a reflective silver‑aluminium base. The multilayer finish creates a striking depth‑of‑field effect, especially when the sunlight hits the bodywork.

Carbon‑fiber accents and bespoke wheels
Instead of the traditional black paint, exposed carbon‑fiber elements are finished in a sleek matte black, contrasting with a 10% black pigment blended into the clear coat for a tactile, visual richness.

The wheels stay faithful to the Veyron heritage: 12‑spoke chrome‑plated rims, 20 inches up front and 21 inches at the rear, paired with dedicated Michelin tires. Both front and rear light clusters have been subtly modernised, echoing the classic Veyron silhouette while incorporating contemporary LED technology.

Interior reimagined for the modern connoisseur
All‑new interior cues set the Hommage apart from the Chiron and the W16 Mistral. The steering wheel returns to the round, Bauhaus‑inspired form first seen on the Veyron, offering a nostalgic yet ergonomic experience.

Leather gives way to an exclusive Paris‑crafted fabric called Car Couture, originally introduced on the Bugatti Tourbillon. Door panels inherit the Car Couture treatment, trimmed with premium brown leather for a luxurious contrast.

Custom‑crafted centre console and transmission tunnel are forged from solid aluminium blocks, housing a limited‑edition 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch. A special knee‑rest bears the signature of racing legend Pierre Veyron, alongside Piëch’s initials and birth date. The front footwell is emblazoned with the “Solitaire” coach‑build logo.

Heart of a beast: the W16 engine
Under the hood lies the same 8.0‑litre quad‑turbocharged W16 unit that powers the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. Delivering a jaw‑dropping 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, the engine is mated to a 7‑speed dual‑clutch gearbox and Bugatti’s permanent all‑wheel‑drive system.

While official acceleration and top‑speed figures remain under wraps, the powertrain promises performance on a level reserved for the most exclusive hypercars on the planet.

Exclusivity and legacy
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second vehicle in the Solitaire programme, which caps production at just two units per year. Each car is a fully bespoke reinterpretation of the chassis, interior, and personal details, intended to tell a new chapter of Bugatti’s heritage.

The identity of the inaugural owner has not been disclosed, adding an extra layer of intrigue to this already legendary creation.

For enthusiasts and collectors alike, the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage stands as a timeless tribute—combining historic reverence, cutting‑edge engineering, and unparalleled craftsmanship.
