Bugatti has unveiled the second masterpiece of its exclusive Programme Solitaire – the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage. This ultra‑limited hypercar is a heartfelt salute to the original Bugatti Veyron and to Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the visionary who laid the foundations for the legendary W16 power unit.

Exterior: Modern Aggression Meets Classic Elegance
The F.K.P. Hommage reinterprets the Veyron’s iconic silhouette with a dramatically larger front air intake and an expanded, 3‑D horse‑bit grille milled from a single block of aluminium. A distinctive two‑tone paint finish features a deep, transparent red overlay atop a silver‑metallic base, delivering a striking three‑dimensional visual depth.

Exposed carbon‑fibre weave in jet black replaces conventional black paint, contrasting with a subtle 10% black pigment blended into the clear coat for a richer tactile and visual experience. The car rides on bespoke 12‑spoke chrome‑plated wheels—20‑inch at the front and 21‑inch at the rear—paired with single‑piece Michelin tires.

Lighting and Aerodynamics
Updated head‑ and tail‑light clusters echo the Veyron’s heritage while embracing contemporary LED technology. Two massive rear air vents preserve the classic hypercar airflow architecture, ensuring both performance and a nod to the past.

Interior: Craftsmanship Redefined
Inside, the F.K.P. Hommage departs from the Chiron and W16 Mistral’s design language. The cabin features a round Bauhaus‑style steering wheel reminiscent of the original Veyron. Upholstery is crafted from an exclusive Paris‑based woven fabric called Car Couture, previously showcased on the Bugatti Tourbillon concept.

Door panels inherit the Car Couture material, blended with premium brown leather for added luxury. The central console and transmission tunnel are hand‑built from solid aluminium blocks, each piece bespoke. A 41‑mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch adorns the centre, underscoring the watch‑maker collaboration.

Personal touches include a knee‑panel engraving of racing legend Pierre Veyron’s signature, alongside Ferdinand Piëch’s initials and birth date. The front bumper proudly displays the “Solitaire” coach‑build badge.

Powertrain: The Heart of a Legend
At its core lies the 8.0‑litre W16 engine, identical to the one powering the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. Delivering a staggering 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, the power is sent through a seven‑speed dual‑clutch gearbox to an all‑wheel‑drive system.

Performance figures such as 0‑100 km/h acceleration and top speed have not been disclosed, and the identity of the exclusive owner remains private.

Production Philosophy
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second creation under Programme Solitaire, which limits output to a maximum of two cars per year. Each vehicle undergoes a complete redesign of bodywork, interior, and personalization, aiming to narrate Bugatti’s rich heritage through modern artistry.

With its blend of historic reverence, cutting‑edge engineering, and unparalleled craftsmanship, the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of both the Veyron and Ferdinand Piëch.
