Bugatti has unveiled the second masterpiece of its exclusive Programme Solitaire – the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage. This ultra‑limited hypercar pays reverent tribute to the very first Bugatti Veyron and to Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the visionary who championed the W‑16 engine that made the Veyron possible.

Design philosophy
The Hommage draws directly from the classic silhouette of the 2005 Veyron while introducing modern, race‑inspired touches. A massive front air intake, an expanded 3‑D horse‑shaped grille milled from a solid aluminium block, and a dramatically sculpted rear diffuser give the car a commanding presence.

Exterior craftsmanship
Its paintwork is a two‑tone masterpiece: a deep, metallic red over a silver‑aluminium base. Multiple layers of advanced coating create a three‑dimensional visual depth that shifts with the light. Exposed black carbon‑fiber accents replace the traditional black gloss, contrasting with a 10% black pigment infused in the clear coat for a rich tactile finish.

Chrome‑plated 12‑spoke wheels echo the original Veyron’s design – 20‑inch at the front and 21‑inch at the rear – paired with bespoke Michelin tires. The updated lighting units blend classic Veyron styling with contemporary LED technology, while the iconic large rear air vents remain as a nod to the hypercar’s heritage.

Interior – a blend of heritage and innovation
Inside, the Hommage departs from the leather‑laden cabins of the Chiron and the W16 Mistral. The steering wheel returns to the round, Bauhaus‑inspired shape first seen on the Veyron. Seats and panels are upholstered in an exclusive Paris‑crafted fabric called Car Couture, a material that debuted on the Bugatti Tourbillon concept.

Door panels feature the same Car Couture surface combined with premium brown leather, while the central console and transmission tunnel are hand‑crafted from solid aluminium billets. A 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch face crowns the central instrument cluster, underscoring the car’s ultra‑luxury intent.

Personalized touches include a knee‑support badge signed by racing legend Pierre Veyron, alongside Ferdinand Karl Piëch’s initials and birthdate. The front fascia is embellished with the “Solitaire” coach‑build logo.

Powertrain
At its heart lies the 8.0‑litre W16 engine borrowed from the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. Delivering an astonishing 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, the power is sent through a seven‑speed dual‑clutch gearbox to a permanent all‑wheel‑drive system.

While official 0‑60 mph and top‑speed figures have not been released, the engine’s output suggests performance on par with the world’s fastest production hypercars.

Production & legacy
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second creation in the ultra‑exclusive Programme Solitaire, which limits production to a maximum of two units per year. Each vehicle is a completely bespoke project – from chassis and bodywork to interior appointments – designed to narrate a chapter of Bugatti’s storied legacy.

The identity of the inaugural owner remains undisclosed, adding an extra layer of mystique to this collector’s dream.

For enthusiasts and collectors alike, the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage stands as a moving tribute to engineering brilliance, design excellence, and the indelible influence of Ferdinand Karl Piëch.
