Bugatti has unveiled the second masterpiece of its ultra‑exclusive Programme Solitaire – the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage. This unique hypercar celebrates Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the visionary who laid the groundwork for the legendary W16 engine, and pays homage to the very first Bugatti Veyron.

Design & Aerodynamics
Drawing inspiration from the original Veyron, the Hommage boasts a massive front air intake and an enlarged, three‑dimensional horse‑shoe grille machined from a solid aluminium billet. The exterior is finished in a special layered red paint: a transparent glossy coat overlays a silver‑metal base, creating striking depth and a subtle 3‑D effect as the light shifts.

Exposed carbon‑fiber elements are finished in a matte black, contrasting with a 10% black pigment blended into the transparent topcoat for a tactile, visual richness. The rear retains the classic large diffuser and vent that defined the early hypercar era.

Bespoke Wheels & Lighting
The car rides on bespoke 12‑spoke chrome‑plated wheels that echo the original Veyron design – 20‑inch at the front and 21‑inch at the rear – wrapped in Michelin tires developed exclusively for this model. Modernised front and rear light clusters incorporate the Veyron’s styling DNA while delivering contemporary LED performance.

Interior – A Fusion of Heritage and Innovation
Inside, the Hommage departs from the Chiron’s cockpit, featuring a round, Bauhaus‑styled steering wheel reminiscent of the Veyron. Instead of traditional leather, Bugatti uses an exclusive Paris‑crafted fabric called Car Couture, first seen on the Tourbillon concept. Door panels combine this material with premium brown leather to create a sumptuous, tactile surface.

The central console and transmission tunnel are hand‑crafted from solid aluminium, each piece bespoke. A highlight is the integrated 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch, underscoring the car’s luxury watch‑maker collaboration.

Personal touches include a knee‑side plaque bearing the signature of racing legend Pierre Veyron, alongside the initials and birthdate of Ferdinand Karl Piëch. The front apron is adorned with the “Solitaire” coach‑build logo.

Powertrain – Pure Bugatti Performance
At its heart lies the 8.0‑liter W16 engine with four turbochargers, carried over from the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. The power output remains a staggering 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, paired with a seven‑speed dual‑clutch transmission and permanent all‑wheel drive.

While exact 0‑60 mph times and top‑speed figures have not been disclosed, the engine’s raw capability suggests performance on par with Bugatti’s most extreme models.

Production & Legacy
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second creation under the Programme Solitaire, which limits production to a maximum of two cars per year. Each vehicle is a completely new reinterpretation of the chassis, interior, and bespoke details, crafted to tell a unique chapter of Bugatti’s storied heritage.

As of now, the identity of the exclusive owner remains confidential, preserving the mystique of this exceptional tribute.
