Bugatti has unveiled the F.K.P. Hommage, the second masterpiece of its ultra‑exclusive Programme Solitaire. Produced as a single, bespoke hypercar, the vehicle pays heartfelt tribute to Ferdinand Karl Piëch – the visionary who championed the W16 engine – and to the very first Bugatti Veyron ever built.

Design: A Modern Take on a Classic Legend
The Hommage draws direct inspiration from the original Veyron’s silhouette while introducing bold, contemporary cues. A massive air‑intake tunnel dominates the front, flanked by an expanded, three‑dimensional “horse‑bit” grille machined from a solid block of aluminium. The exterior finish is a layered masterpiece: a radiant red coat sits atop a silver‑aluminium base, creating a striking depth effect that shifts with the light.

Carbon‑fibre elements are left exposed in a sleek black finish, contrasting with a subtle 10% black pigment blended into the transparent high‑gloss clear coat. This combination delivers a tactile and visual richness rarely seen on production cars.

Wheels and Lighting
Riding on custom 12‑spoke chrome‑plated rims – 20‑inches at the front and 21‑inches at the rear – the Hommage is fitted with dedicated Michelin tires. The front and rear lighting clusters have been modernised, echoing the Veyron’s iconic style while integrating today’s LED technology. Two large rear air‑intake vents retain the classic hypercar character.

Interior: Bespoke Craftsmanship Reimagined
Inside, Bugatti departs from the traditional leather used on the Veyron. The cabin is upholstered in an exclusive Paris‑crafted fabric called Car Couture, first showcased on the Bugatti Tourbillon. Door panels feature the same premium material combined with high‑grade brown leather for a luxurious yet distinctive feel.

The steering wheel returns to the round, Bauhaus‑inspired design of the original Veyron. A fully bespoke centre console and gearbox housing are machined from solid aluminium blocks, housing a 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch for an added touch of elite horology.

Special tributes adorn the interior: the knee‑support pad bears the signature of racer Pierre Veyron, alongside the initials and birthdate of Ferdinand Karl Piëch. The front footwell proudly displays the “Solitaire” coach‑build logo.

Powertrain: Pure W16 Heritage
At the heart of the Hommage lies the legendary 8.0‑litre W16 engine, identical to the one that powers the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. It delivers a staggering 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, paired with a seven‑speed dual‑clutch gearbox and permanent all‑wheel drive.

Performance figures such as 0‑100 km/h acceleration and top speed have not been disclosed, preserving the aura of mystery that surrounds this one‑off masterpiece. The identity of the lucky owner remains under wraps.

Exclusivity: Programme Solitaire’s Limited Vision
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second offering from Programme Solitaire, which aims to create no more than two cars per year. Each project receives a total redesign of the body, interior, and bespoke details, weaving a narrative that celebrates Bugatti’s storied legacy.

With only a single unit of the F.K.P. Hommage in existence, it stands as a true collector’s item – a rolling homage to engineering brilliance, design heritage, and the man who made the Veyron possible.
