Overview
Bugatti has unveiled the FKP Hommage, the second masterpiece of its exclusive Programme Solitaire series. Inspired by the very first Bugatti Veyron and conceived as a homage to Ferdinand Karl Piëch – the visionary who laid the groundwork for the legendary W16 engine – this one‑off hypercar blends historic reverence with cutting‑edge craftsmanship.

Exterior Design – Modernized Classic
The silhouette retains the iconic Veyron shape, but the FKP Hommage introduces a massive wind tunnel inlet and an enlarged, 3‑D horse‑shoe grille machined from solid aluminium. A specially formulated two‑tone paint finish features a glossy, transparent red coat over a silver‑aluminium base, creating a striking depth effect that shifts with the light.

Exposed carbon‑fiber elements appear in a deep black, contrasting with a 10% black pigment mixed into the clear coat for a tactile, visual richness. The front and rear light clusters adopt a contemporary layout while echoing the classic Veyron aesthetic.

Wheel design stays true to the Veyron heritage: 12‑spoke chrome‑plated rims, 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear, paired with dedicated Michelin tires.

Interior – Bespoke Luxury Reimagined
Inside, Bugatti departs from the traditional leather of the Veyron, opting for its exclusive Car Couture fabric – a Paris‑crafted textile that debuted on the Bugatti Tourbillon. The steering wheel returns to the round, Bauhaus‑inspired shape first seen on the original Veyron.

Door panels inherit the Car Couture surface from the Chiron, accented with premium brown leather. The central console and transmission tunnel are handcrafted from solid aluminium blocks, culminating in an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon 41 mm watch face embedded into the dash.

A special tribute panel displays Pierre Veyron’s signature, alongside the initials and birthdate of Ferdinand Karl Piëch. The front footwell bears the “Solitaire” coach‑build logo.

Mechanical Heart – W16 Power
Under the bonnet lies an 8.0‑liter W16 engine, directly lifted from the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. The power unit delivers a staggering 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, mated to a 7‑speed dual‑clutch gearbox and permanent all‑wheel drive. While exact acceleration and top‑speed figures remain under wraps, the engine’s heritage guarantees blistering performance.

Limited Production & Heritage
The FKP Hommage belongs to a hyper‑exclusive program that caps output at two cars per year. Each vehicle is a fully bespoke creation, with a reimagined body, interior, and personalized details that celebrate Bugatti’s storied legacy.

The identity of the inaugural owner remains confidential, adding an extra layer of mystique to this collector’s item.

Why It Matters
Beyond its breathtaking specs, the Bugatti FKP Hommage serves as a rolling tribute to the engineering pioneers who made the original Veyron possible. It bridges past and future, marrying classic design cues with the most advanced materials and manufacturing techniques available today.

For enthusiasts and collectors, the FKP Hommage isn’t just a car—it’s a piece of automotive history.
