Discover the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage—a one-of-a-kind hypercar honoring Ferdinand Karl Piëch and the original Veyron. Explore its exclusive design now.

Overview
Bugatti has unveiled the F.K.P. Hommage, the second ultra-exclusive model in the brand’s Programme Solitaire coach-building series. Only one car per year is produced, making it a true collector’s masterpiece that pays tribute to Ferdinand Karl Piëch – the visionary behind the original W-16 engine – and to the very first Bugatti Veyron.

Exterior Design Highlights
The Hommage draws its silhouette from the 2005 Veyron, but upgrades every detail. A massive front air inlet, an expanded 3-D horse-shoe grille milled from a solid aluminium block, and a dual-layer paint finish give the car a striking visual depth. The base coat of silver-tone aluminium is capped with a translucent red lacquer, while exposed black carbon-fibre panels replace conventional black paint, enhanced by a 10 % black pigment blended into the clear coat.

Original-style 12-spoke chrome wheels – 20-inch at the front and 21-inch at the rear – are fitted with bespoke Michelin tires. Modernised front and rear light clusters echo the Veyron’s classic language, and the iconic rear air ducts behind the cockpit remain untouched.

Interior Craftsmanship
Inside, the Hommage departs from the Chiron and W16 Mistral by introducing a round Bauhaus-inspired steering wheel and using Bugatti’s exclusive Car Couture fabric, hand-woven in Paris, instead of traditional leather. Door sills feature the same Car Couture material wrapped in premium brown leather.

The centre console and transmission tunnel are bespoke, machined from solid aluminium blocks, and house a 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch. A knee-level plaque displays the signature of racing legend Pierre Veyron alongside Ferdinand Karl Piëch’s initials and birth date. The front badge proudly bears the “Solitaire” coach-build logo.

Powertrain and Performance
At its heart lies the 8.0-litre W-16 engine with four turbochargers, the same architecture used in the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. It delivers an astonishing 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and permanent all-wheel drive. Exact acceleration and top-speed figures remain under wraps, as does the identity of the car’s first owner.

Production Philosophy
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second chapter of Programme Solitaire, a program that caps production at two vehicles per year. Each model is completely re-styled – from bodywork to interior – with bespoke touches that narrate a piece of Bugatti’s heritage.

Conclusion
With its blend of historic homage and cutting-edge craftsmanship, the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage stands as a living tribute to both a legendary engineer and the iconic Veyron that reshaped the hypercar landscape.
