Bugatti has unveiled the second masterpiece of its ultra‑exclusive Programme Solitaire – the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage. Inspired by the very first Bugatti Veyron ever built, the car serves as a heartfelt tribute to Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the visionary who championed the W16 engine architecture that made the Veyron a reality.

Design Reimagined
The Hommage sports an oversized front air intake and a bold, 3‑D horse‑shaped grille that is both wider and machined from a solid block of aluminium. Its exterior finish is a striking two‑layer paint: a deep, transparent red over a silver‑aluminium primer, creating a vivid depth effect that shifts with the light.

Carbon‑fiber trim is left exposed in matte black, contrasting with a subtle 10% black pigment blended into the clear coat. This combination delivers a tactile and visual richness that feels both modern and reverent to Bugatti’s heritage.

Fitment includes bespoke 12‑spoke chrome‑plated wheels – 20 inches up front and 21 inches at the rear – wrapped in dedicated Michelin tires. The front and rear lighting clusters have been refined, echoing the classic Veyron language while adopting a more contemporary silhouette. The signature large rear air vents remain, preserving the hypercar’s aerodynamic lineage.

Interior Craftsmanship
Inside, the Hommage breaks away from the Chiron and W16 Mistral playbooks. It features a round, Bauhaus‑inspired steering wheel reminiscent of the original Veyron. Instead of traditional leather, the cabin is upholstered in Bugatti’s exclusive Car Couture fabric, a Paris‑made textile first showcased on the Bugatti Tourbillon concept.

The door surrounds inherit the Car Couture texture, accented with premium brown leather. The central console and drivetrain tunnel are hand‑crafted from solid aluminium blocks, housing a limited‑edition 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch face. A special knee‑rest plate bears Pierre Veyron’s signature alongside Piëch’s initials and birth date, while the front apron proudly displays the “Solitaire” coach‑build logo.

Heart of the Beast: The W16 Engine
Under the hood lies the legendary 8.0‑litre W16 powerplant with four turbochargers – the same engine architecture that powers the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. It delivers a staggering 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, paired with a 7‑speed dual‑clutch transmission and permanent all‑wheel drive.

Performance figures such as 0‑60 mph times and top speed remain under wraps, as does the identity of the fortunate owner who will receive this singular work of art.

Exclusivity & Production
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second vehicle in Programme Solitaire, which limits production to a maximum of two units per year. Each car is a completely bespoke reinterpretation of Bugatti’s signature silhouette, interior, and personalized details, crafted to tell a new chapter of the brand’s storied legacy.

With its blend of historic homage and cutting‑edge engineering, the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage stands as a one‑of‑a‑kind tribute to the Veyron and to the man who helped bring it to life.
