Bugatti has unveiled the second masterpiece of its exclusive Programme Solitaire – the Bugatti F.K.P. Hommage. This ultra‑limited hypercar is a heartfelt homage to Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the visionary who laid the groundwork for the iconic W16 engine, and to the very first Bugatti Veyron ever built.

Design inspired by the original Veyron
The Hommage draws direct inspiration from the debut Veyron, but modernises every line. A massive front air intake, a dramatically enlarged 3‑D horse‑shoe grille milled from a solid block of aluminium, and a sleek, aerodynamic silhouette set it apart while honouring its lineage.

Exotic finish and striking details
The exterior is cloaked in a bespoke deep‑red lacquer that sits atop a silver aluminium primer. The layered coating creates a captivating depth‑of‑field effect that changes with the light. Exposed black carbon‑fibre weave replaces traditional black paint, contrasting with a 10% black pigment blended into the transparent clear coat for a rich visual and tactile experience.

Four bespoke wheels complete the look – 12‑spoke chrome‑plated rims, 20‑inch at the front and 21‑inch at the rear, shod with Michelin tires custom‑cut for the car.

Lighting and aerodynamics
The front and rear light clusters adopt a contemporary aesthetic while echoing the classic Veyron language. Two oversized rear air ducts remain, preserving the signature hypercar silhouette.

Luxurious, handcrafted interior
Inside, the cabin is a departure from the Chiron and W16 Mistral. The steering wheel returns to the round Bauhaus‑style design first seen on the Veyron. Seats and trim are upholstered in Bugatti’s exclusive Car Couture fabric, a Paris‑crafted textile that debuted on the Tourbillon concept. Leather accents in premium brown complement the Car Couture‑covered door panels.

The centre console and transmission tunnel are hand‑made from solid aluminium blocks, featuring a bespoke Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon watch face (41 mm) embedded within. The knee‑side garnish bears the signature of racing legend Pierre Veyron, alongside the initials and birthdate of Ferdinand Karl Piëch. The front fascia is marked with the “Solitaire” coach‑build logo.

Heart of the machine
Under the hood lies an 8.0‑litre W16 powerplant, the same engine architecture that powers the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. It delivers a staggering 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, mated to a 7‑speed dual‑clutch gearbox and an all‑wheel‑drive system.

Performance figures such as 0‑100 km/h acceleration and top speed have not been disclosed, and the identity of the exclusive owner remains a secret.

Programme Solitaire exclusivity
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second vehicle in the Programme Solitaire series, which caps production at two cars per year. Each project is a complete redesign of bodywork, interior, and bespoke details, crafted to celebrate a distinct chapter of Bugatti’s heritage.

With its intricate craftsmanship, unparalleled materials, and reverence for Bugatti’s pioneering past, the F.K.P. Hommage stands as a true collector’s piece – a living tribute to the man and the machine that reshaped automotive history.
