Bugatti has unveiled the F.K.P. Hommage, the second masterpiece of its ultra‑exclusive Programme Solitaire. Produced as a single, one‑off road‑legal hypercar, the vehicle pays homage to the very first Bugatti Veyron and to Ferdinand Karl Piëch, the visionary who laid the groundwork for the legendary W16 power‑unit.

Design philosophy
The Hommage blends classic Bugatti DNA with modern craftsmanship. Inspired by the 2005 Veyron, each line and surface has been re‑imagined to celebrate Piëch’s engineering legacy while delivering a fresh, avant‑garde aesthetic.

Exterior styling
Key visual cues include a massive wind‑splitter, an enlarged three‑dimensional horse‑shoe grille milled from a solid aluminium block, and a striking two‑tone paint finish. The body is coated in a specially formulated red lacquer that sits over a silver‑aluminium primer, creating depth and a subtle 3‑D effect.

Exposed black carbon‑fiber trim replaces traditional black paint, contrasted by a 10% black pigment blended into the transparent clear coat for a tactile, rich appearance. The wheels are chrome‑plated 12‑spoke rims—20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear—paired with bespoke Michelin tires.

Modernised front and rear light clusters echo the Veyron’s iconic shape, while the signature large rear air intakes behind the cockpit remain, preserving the classic hypercar silhouette.

Luxury interior
Inside, Bugatti departs from the usual leather upholstery, opting for an exclusive Car Couture woven fabric developed in Paris and first showcased on the Tourbillon concept. The round Bauhaus‑style steering wheel, a nod to the original Veyron, provides a tactile connection to the car’s heritage.

Door panels inherit the Car Couture material, complemented by premium brown leather inserts. The central console and transmission tunnel are handcrafted from solid aluminium, each featuring a bespoke Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon 41 mm clock face.

A special inscription honoring racing driver Pierre Veyron sits on the knee‑rest area, alongside Piëch’s initials and birthdate. The front footwell bears the “Solitaire” coach‑build logo, underscoring the project’s uniqueness.

Heart of the machine
Under the hood lies an 8.0‑liter W16 engine, identical to the one powering the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport. Producing 1,600 hp and 1,600 Nm of torque, the power is sent through a seven‑speed dual‑clutch gearbox to an all‑wheel‑drive system, delivering blistering acceleration and unrivalled performance.

Limited production & heritage
The F.K.P. Hommage is the second offering from Programme Solitaire, a program limited to a maximum of two cars per year. Every element—from bodywork to bespoke interior appointments—is custom‑designed to tell a new chapter of Bugatti’s storied legacy. The identity of the buyer remains confidential, adding an extra layer of mystique to this automotive work of art.
