After showcasing its daring performance on the 2024 Gumball 3000 circuit, the supercar finally turned heads on the streets of Ho Chi Minh City early this year.
Design language straight from the track
Drawing cues from the 911 GT3 R and 911 RSR race cars, the GT3 RS features a wider body, aggressive air intakes and a stripped‑down front that replaces the traditional luggage compartment with a high‑efficiency cooling system borrowed from Porsche’s motorsport pedigree. Aluminium multi‑spoke wheels—20 inches up front and 21 inches at the rear—complete the visual assault.
Buyers can choose from Pyro Red, Satin Black or Indigo Blue finishes, each adding roughly VND 40 million to the base price. The car on display flaunts the classic “Guards Red” paint, accompanied by the official GT3 RS racing badge that dates back to 2003.
Advanced aerodynamics and active downforce
With an overall footprint of 4,572 × 1,900 × 1,322 mm and a wheelbase stretched to 2,457 mm, the GT3 RS out‑sizes the standard 911 Carrera. While the optional Weissach Package—valued at about VND 2.7 billion—offers additional carbon‑fibre exterior elements and chassis balance upgrades, the standard model already delivers impressive downforce: 409 kg at 200 km/h, soaring to 860 kg when the car reaches 285 km/h.

In 2022 the GT3 RS clocked a lap time of 6:44.848 on the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife, making it the third quickest production car on the track at that time.
