Vietnam’s First GT3 RS Arrives in Guards Red
Earlier this month the newest 911 GT3 RS was spotted cruising the streets of Ho Chi Minh City, painted in the brand‑classic “Guards Red”. It is the third RS to roll onto Vietnamese roads, joining a black, two white units that have already been registered.
Design and Aerodynamics

In Vietnam the base price for the 911 GT3 RS starts at VND 17.69 billion (around US $735,000). Adding the full suite of optional equipment—such as the carbon‑fiber exterior upgrades found in the Weissach Package—can push the cost beyond VND 20 billion.
Unlike some of its European counterparts, the local spec does not include the Weissach Package, a €120,000 (≈ VND 2.7 billion) add‑on that introduces extra carbon‑fiber body parts, a rear‑axle stabiliser bar and a host of weight‑saving tweaks.
Market Presence
According to Znews, at least four 992.1‑generation GT3 RS models have been imported into Vietnam by the end of January 2026: one in Guards Red, two in white and one in black. Their arrival underscores the growing appetite for hyper‑performance machines among Vietnamese enthusiasts.
