Premium‑packed interior

The HX8 steps up comfort with a 10.25‑inch central touchscreen that supports smartphone integration and Hyundai’s remote‑connect service, Bluelink. The driver’s seat is electrically adjustable in eight directions with memory, while the interior features auto‑dimming interior mirrors and a rain‑sensing wiper.

Level‑2 ADAS and safety equipment

Standard safety gear also comprises seven airbags, electronic stability control, hill‑start assist and parking sensors.

Powertrain choices

Two 1.5‑litre gasoline engines power the HX8. The naturally aspirated version delivers about 115 hp and 143 Nm of torque, while the turbocharged unit pushes roughly 160 hp and 257 Nm. Transmission options vary by market – a six‑speed manual, a four‑speed IVT, or a dual‑clutch DCT.

Visually, the Accent receives a revised front grille, a new dual‑projector LED headlamp assembly and 16‑inch alloy wheels with a fresh design. The front and rear bumpers have also been tweaked to give the sedan a more contemporary stance.
