Ford’s retail market share in the US reached an estimated 11.6% in Q1 2026, a modest increase of 0.2% compared to the previous year. This growth comes despite a volatile automotive landscape and Ford’s own decision to phase out certain models, including the Ford Escape and Lincoln Corsair.

The F-Series continues to cement its status as the undisputed king of American roads. In Q1 2026, the lineup sold 159,901 units, outpacing its nearest competitor by a staggering 31,000 vehicles. March was the standout month of the quarter, with 62,238 units delivered.

High-performance off-road variants—including the Raptor, Tremor, and FX4—now account for 23.5% of Ford’s US sales mix, with volumes rising 5% to 107,349 vehicles.
