At the beginning of March, the Vietnamese automotive market is buzzing with a wave of promotions from Chinese manufacturers. From hefty cash rebates to 100% tax waivers and complimentary services, buyers have never had more reason to consider a Chinese‑made vehicle.
Omoda & Jaecoo – Early‑Bird SUV Deals
Omoda and Jaecoo rolled out a special March program for their flagship SUVs, the Omoda C5 and Jaecoo J7. Buyers of the Omoda C5 receive a 110% rebate on registration fees – up to VND 52 million – plus a 0% interest rate for the first 12 months on a loan that can stretch to 96 months. Maintenance is covered for five years or 50,000 km.
The Jaecoo J7 enjoys a 90% discount on registration fees (around VND 73 million). Customers opting for the plug‑in hybrid (PHEV) version also get a VND 45 million gift package. The PHEV is priced at VND 879 million.
BYD – Cash Rebates, Free Chargers and Full Tax Waivers
BYD announced price cuts across almost its entire lineup. The standard BYD M6 gets a VND 30 million cash rebate and a complimentary charging kit worth about VND 31.5 million. The 2026‑model M6 includes a smaller VND 11.5 million charging accessory package.
Both Trim levels of the Sealion 6 receive a 50% registration‑fee discount (roughly VND 42 million). Premium buyers add a BYD app, wall‑mount charger, floor mats, handheld charger and power‑adapter bundle, while the Dynamic version adds a dash cam, 8 GB SD card and one‑year physical‑damage insurance – a gift value of about VND 44 million.
For the brand’s first PHEV sedan, the Seal 5, BYD is covering 100% of the registration fees, bringing the price down to roughly VND 626.4 million. An extra handheld charger and power‑adapter worth VND 11.5 million are also included.

Geely Monjaro – Free Airport Transfers and Loyalty Perks
Geely extended its Monjaro promotion through the end of March. The deal bundles three main perks: free airport pick‑up and drop‑off (12 trips over two years in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City), complimentary loan‑car service if the vehicle is in the shop, and free charging at BOT stations.

MG – Women‑Only Cash Bonus and Premium Protection Packages
MG launched a VND 10 million cash bonus exclusively for female customers across its entire model range. In addition, all MG vehicles receive discounts ranging from VND 10 million to VND 60 million.
The MG G50’s top‑tier trim gets a VND 60 million physical‑damage insurance package. For the 2025 MG ZS, registration‑fee rebates reach VND 52 million for the standard version and VND 58 million for the luxury trim.
The flagship MG Cyberster LUX 4WD (2024) includes a VND 50 million insurance bundle and a 7 kW home charger, plus 12 months of free public‑charging through MG’s partner network.
