The scale of their operations is impressive, with a fleet of over 186,000 electric cars and motorbikes currently in operation. The environmental impact of the Green SM ecosystem is equally noteworthy:

To improve accessibility, the company has introduced a new official hotline, 1555, replacing the previous 1900 2088 number. Customers can still book rides via the app, call the hotline, or simply hail a vehicle on the street.

The Vietnamese service leverages a diverse range of high-performance VinFast electric vehicles to cater to different needs:
