Golf legend Bernhard Langer is gifted a custom MANUFAKTUR Mercedes-Benz S-Class to honor his Masters legacy. See the luxury details here!

A Partnership Built on Excellence
For over four decades, golf icon Bernhard Langer has served as a distinguished brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz. In a touching tribute to his enduring legacy and sporting brilliance, the German luxury automaker has presented the Masters champion with a one-of-a-kind gift to commemorate his final appearance at the Masters as an invited player.

Bespoke Luxury: The MANUFAKTUR S-Class
The centerpiece of this tribute is a meticulously crafted Mercedes-Benz S-Class, featuring the latest mid-cycle updates debuted in early 2026. This is no ordinary luxury sedan; it is a personalized masterpiece created through the exclusive MANUFAKTUR Made to Measure program, designed to reflect Langer’s prestige.

The vehicle’s design is a seamless blend of elegance and golf heritage:

- Exquisite Exterior: The car is finished in MANUFAKTUR Black Sparkling, a paint choice that offers a stunning crystal-like shimmer under the light.
- The “Green Jacket” Interior: The cabin is draped in Lake Green leather, a deliberate and sophisticated nod to the iconic Green Jacket awarded to Masters champions.
- Symbolic Detailing: Adding a final touch of class, the headrests are embroidered with azaleas—the signature bloom of the world-renowned Augusta National Golf Club.
The “Mr. Consistency” Tribute
Beyond the vehicle, Mercedes-Benz went an extra step to honor the cultural traditions of the tournament. Langer was also presented with a custom “patron chair,” a beloved symbol of the Masters experience. Crafted from the same premium MANUFAKTUR leather used in the S-Class, the chair is embroidered with his legendary nickname, “Mr. Consistency.”

Market Value and a Final Farewell
While a standard 2026 Mercedes-Benz S-Class in Germany starts at approximately €109,221 (USD 127,700), with long-wheelbase versions reaching €112,326 (USD 131,300), the value of this bespoke edition is truly priceless due to its customization and historical significance.

The celebrations will continue into 2025. Before the 68-year-old legend officially retires, Mercedes-Benz plans to gift him another S-Class in a striking Emerald Green, alongside a series of specially designed art cars to celebrate one of the most consistent and successful careers in the history of professional golf.
