Subtle Yet Impactful Exterior Refresh

The 2026 Slavia will keep its familiar B+ sedan silhouette, but Skoda is fine‑tuning a host of details to make the car feel fresh. The front grille receives a new mesh pattern, and the LED head‑lamp assembly is sharpened for a more modern look. Redesigned bumpers add a touch of sportiness without being overly aggressive, while the rear LED taillights get a new light signature. Optional alloy‑wheel designs will further differentiate the facelift model.

Cabin Upgrades: Bigger Digital Cluster & Infotainment

Inside, the facelift focuses on a more connected driver experience. A larger 10.25‑inch digital instrument cluster replaces the smaller analogue‑plus‑digital mix of the current version, delivering clearer, customizable information at a glance. The central infotainment screen is also upgraded with a refreshed UI, faster response times and a higher‑quality sound system. Features that were previously optional—or not available at all—such as an electronic handbrake with Auto Hold and a 360‑degree camera system are expected to become standard on higher trims.

Safety Leap: ADAS Level 2

The most significant addition is a Level 2 Advanced Driver‑Assistance System. Skoda plans to bundle adaptive cruise control, lane‑keeping assist, blind‑spot monitoring, and autonomous emergency braking into a single package. This brings the Slavia in line with the safety expectations of the competitive B+ sedan segment across global markets.

Powertrain – Proven Engines Remain

Mechanically, the facelift will retain the reliable engine options already offered. The 1.0‑litre TSI delivers around 115 hp and 178 Nm of torque, paired with either a six‑speed manual or a traditional automatic gearbox. The more powerful 1.5‑litre TSI pushes output to 150 hp and 250 Nm, mated to a seven‑speed dual‑clutch DSG. By keeping the drivetrain unchanged, Skoda focuses on refining the overall ownership experience while ensuring performance and efficiency benchmarks stay solid.

Vietnam Market Outlook

In Vietnam, the Slavia is a strategic model for Skoda and is already assembled locally. The upcoming facelift is expected to arrive in the market shortly after its global debut, offering Vietnamese buyers a more polished design, modern tech and enhanced safety without sacrificing the familiar reliability of the existing powertrain.
